Owners understand that the success of a major new facility investment often includes the selection of a suitable site. C3’s experience in evaluating sites in a variety of diverse locations gives our clients an important strategic advantage over companies that base their site choices only on referrals, intuition or the general recommendations of realtors.

Site selection is challenging enough in a company's native country; it is infinitely more daunting a task when a company is looking to invest in a new international market. C3 helps international investors coming into the United States from Europe, the Middle East and Asia, as well as projects moving into other countries like China and S.E. Asia.

In today's marketplace, countries are aggressively competing for new investment opportunities. This is both good and bad for investors, because even though there are more choices available, there is also the potential for information asymmetry. C3 is stable, solid and experienced in helping clients look logically and objectively for their choices so that the best long-term utilization of a client’s investment capital can be realized.

We have refined our approach to site selection over the years to help our clients carefully analyze the variables that influence the all-important choice of a facility location, anywhere in the world. Far beyond determining the basics of a site’s size and cost, we help assess critical factors that influence a site’s long-term desirability such as utility availability and costs, tax structure, quality and cost of the local labor force, and availability of local incentives to offset project costs.
