    		We are committed to full service facility project management and maintain complete in-house support staff to deliver the skills necessary to plan and execute projects large and small, in the design office as well as construction in the field. The completeness of C3’s support services helps us deliver the higher quality and value that clients require.

    Procurement and Sourcing
    Major material purchases are coordinated globally with our purchasing team. Consolidation of major purchases translates to better buying power, better delivery schedules, and less duplication of effort. The savings realized can then be passed on to our clients in the form of lower contract costs and improved job completion dates.

    Estimating
    Our estimates are generated by a team that includes the project manager who is in charge of the job. Narrowing the field of responsibility like this is one of many methods we use to assure good project control.

    Scheduling
    C3's computer-based scheduling allows us to stay up to date on job progress, job status, and completion. We can quickly calculate the effects of scope changes, make adjustments for material delivery dates, and create manpower charts. We keep our clients constantly updated with accurate data derived directly from the field for facility projects.

    Staffing
    C3's dedicated personnel team can find the right combination of skilled professionals for industrial construction needs in the shortest possible time.

    Accounting
    C3’s financial reports are done by our in-house accounting department. Our job costing software was custom-designed based on our criteria and standards, which in turn were driven by our customers’ needs: timely billing, greater flexibility in invoice generation, and verifiable accuracy.
