Millwright.
We install, relocate, and/or remove process equipment, conveying systems, and machinery. We perform precision align/level and start up single machine installations or multi-machine production lines. We handle all rigging work associated with machine moves, and have craftsmen to do the concrete work for machine footings, foundations, and slabs.
Piping.
We fabricate, install, test, and place into operation all types of process piping systems. We are experienced in manufacturing systems such as: air, boiler feed, chemical, chilled water, cryogenic, dowtherm-heat transfer, food, fuel oil, gas, high pressure steam, jacketed, laboratory, low pressure steam, pharmaceutical, pneumatic, compressed air, potable water, ultra-pure DI water, and waste treatment.
Electrical.
We install industrial electrical systems from service entrance and power distribution to machine and process equipment. We handle all phases such as high voltage power distribution, motor control centers, process system and machine wiring, and lighting (all hazardous classifications.)
Instrumentation.
We install, calibrate, start up, and commission electronic and pneumatic process instrumentation. We perform installation of PLC and DCS systems, as well as installation of field instrumentation, electronic and pneumatic. We provide calibration traceable to NBS and commissioning of systems. We also assist with system start-up for system tuning and field modifications for process optimization.
Delays normally associated with cross-contractor coordination are eliminated, and the rework sometimes needed due to building or scope changes is accomplished more quickly and at less overall cost to our clients.
