Century 3, Inc. (C3) incorporates all of the services needed for our Industrial clients. We begin with finding a suitable site or building location and have the ability to assist our clients by providing the necessary areas of expertise to install and put into operation all types of process industrial equipment. We specialize in plant relocation and new installation. Our areas of expertise include millwright/rigging, piping, electrical, instrumentation, and start-up services. Absolute control over C3's projects is possible because the services necessary to execute industrial projects are all a part of our company organization.

Millwright:

 

Installs, relocates and/or removes process equipment, conveying systems, and machinery. (Part or all of an entire mfg. facility)

 

We have the experience and competence needed to install, precision align/level and start up single machine installations or multi-machine production lines. We also perform all of the rigging work associated with machine moves, and employ a group of craftsmen specialized in the concrete work needed for machine footings, foundations, slabs and related items.

 

Piping:

 

Fabricates, installs, tests and places into operation all types of piping systems.

 

We offer superior expertise in the areas of utility and process piping in a broad range of manufacturing, including such systems as:

 

Air; boiler feed; chemical; chilled water; cryogenic; doter transfer; food; fuel oil; gas; high pressure steam; jacketed; laboratory; low pressure steam; pharmaceutical; pneumatic; compressed air; potable water; textile; ultra pure DI water; waste treatment

 

Electrical:

 

Installs industrial electrical systems from service entrance to power distribution to machine and process equipment.

 

C3's electrical experience and expertise covers all phases of industrial electrical work, including, but not limited to, high voltage power distribution, motor control centers, process system and machine wiring, and lighting, including hazardous classifications.

 

Instrumentation:

 

Installation, calibration, start-up and commissioning of electronic and pneumatic process instrumentation.

 

Our expertise includes installation of PLC and DCS systems, as well as the installation of all types of field instrumentation, both electronic and pneumatic. We provide calibration traceable to NBS and commissioning of any system. We are available as required by customers during system start-up, for system tuning, and/or any field modifications needed for process optimization.

 

The integration of our services is further made possible by the organization of our administrative functions. All estimating and scheduling is done by members of the project teams, our purchasing is done in-house, and our personnel capabilities can place larger crews on projects with reasonable notice. Quantity buying is utilized to pass savings on to our clients. Our accounting system was designed and developed by us for maximum functionality and flexibility, and we are able to create reporting and billing for our customers in the format, the frequency or the level of detail they require.
