Estimating
Our estimates are generated by a team that includes the project manager who will be in charge of the job. Narrowing the field of responsibility in this way is one of many methods we use to assure greater project control.
Our major material purchases are coordinated through our purchasing
department. Consolidation of major purchases translates to better
buying power, better delivery schedules and reduced duplication
of effort. The savings realized can then be passed on to the customer
in the form of lower contract costs and improved job completion
dates. Ask us for examples- our case history successes are the

experts.
Scheduling
C3's computer-based scheduling allows us to stay up to date on
job progress, job status, and completion dates. We can quickly
calculate the effects of proposed scope changes, make adjustments
for material delivery dates, and create the manpower charting
often required by our customers. C3 clients are never left in
the dark about the status of their project schedules- we make
sure our clients are constantly updated with accurate data derived
directly and constantly from the field.

Safety is paramount with C3.
