As an additional support service for our customers, C3 operates a fabrication shop on its premises in SC.   We have the equipment and skilled operators needed to manufacture specialized control and instrument panels, to fabricate specialty sheet-metal products and to prefabricate much of our piping installation and miscellaneous ironwork.   C3 has fabricated numerous control and instrument panels as part of its contract work with its customers, designed to meet the customer specifications, and built to permit on-time integration with the field portion of the project.

 

Prefabrication of job-related piping spools assures the client greater control and accuracy in difficult constructs, and significantly reduces setup and installation time in the field.

 

Our fabrication and miscellaneous ironwork capabilities offer further options for our clients. Rather than require the services of an additional contractor for the construction of ladders, racks, walkways, etc., these items are manufactured in C3's shop under the direction of the job's project manager and installed when best suited for seamless integration with the remainder of the work. Delays normally associated with cross-contractor coordination are dispensed with, and any rework that may be occasioned by building or scope changes can be dealt with immediately.
