| Requirements | |
 |
Bachelor Degree in HVAC; |
|
Minimum 5 years of design experience for pharmaceutical, chemical plant and other industrial facilities; |
|
Knowledge of international building code and Chinese code; |
|
Independently design and prepare bid package, specification, tender evaluation, plus construction supervision and project acceptance; |
|
A good working knowledge of English. |
